Flipkart — Cancellation without intimation, bad attitude of customer care

Flipkart has cheated on me by not delievering the product. The customer care hooked up my call a. The products delievery was cancelled without any prior confirmation. Order id od[protected]. Ph no [protected]. When i ordered it the product was rs2989 now it is rs5000. They have lost a valuable customer.
