[Resolved] Flipkart — Cancelled Complaint | |
I had ordered quite a few things online from flipkart from overseas and i had been monitoring the same and it came to a stage where it said order confirmed.
After one week i received a message stating order cancelled and refund processed back to my Overseas credit card.
This whole drama of online ordering thing costed me $100 just because of the exchange rates.
I order for around $350 recived a refund of $243 in total. I also had to pay the international transaction fees but then it was my choice. But why should they cancel a order once its confirmed.
It has ruined my holidays and i have to find some other online company for future shopping.
I hate flipkart to moon and back...
They are just a bunch of cheat making money by false advertising products which they dont have to sell.
I will go to ombudsman and file a complaint.
Its not about money but ethics..
They just wasted two weeks of my time for nothing..
I have to start planning all over again..
