Flipkart — Cancelled my order

I am writing this regarding order number OD[protected] I have received a message on 4-10-16 stating that the product will get delivered tomorrow, I have not received it on that date hence I went personally to the hub there they said that the shipment got mis placed and immediately I have updated the same to your customer care they said I will get my product on or before 10th and I have not received it when I made a complaint on 10th they said they will deliver the product by 13th and they doesn't delivered it on 13th too when I called on 13th and spoke with team manager of your customer care for about 1.45hrs finally he said they will reship the product as it got misrouted to vishakapatnam instead of Hyderabad today on 14th morning when I spoke to your executives they said it got reshiped to Hyderabad and I am going to get the product by tomorrow evening but all Of a sudden today evening with out my confirmation through phone or mail how you guys can cancel my order.since 4th I am daily calling to you regarding it and it's the mistake of your logistics partner ekart which is a sister concern of Flipkart.i have all the call recordings of your executives what they said since 4th I have complained about the same on twitter facebook handles and even mailed to you guys I am going to sue Flipkart and ekart in consumer forum regarding this.if you don't want to get sued either reship the product to me or pay a compensation of Rs2799 because at present the product is higher by that amount when compared to the amount which I have bought from the same seller

Yesterday I ordered 8 headphones 4 were of JBL and 4 were of Skullcandy, they all got shipped and I thought that I will receive it by today, but today morning I received message about that my order is cancelled, and now im so much angry, they say that there was technical error, let there be any error or anything once the order is placed the order simply becomes of the Customer, but no you people cancel it from you without thinking weather the customer has a need or what. And what you people think to us that we are beggar's, that you will give us 50-100₹ and we will get happy, no its a fault by you then you must agree your fault and provide customer with the product. And your all service executives are soo good they talk like they are king and we are servants. Anyway I want my order or otherwise there is consumer forum.
