Hi,
I ordered one soft toy with order id of OD[protected] for my finace's birthday and the commitment date and max date for delivery was 23rd April, 2021. On 22nd April, 2021 when my order was not even shipped I raised my concern through many calls and then filed a complaint on Flipkart help portal (snapshot of complaint attached herewith)
After my initiatives, I received one message from flipkart that your order has cancelled due to out of stock. (copy of flipkart reply attached herewith)
Please consider my issue because I ordered this product for my fiance's birthday and birthday date is 23rd April, 2021. After engagement that was my first gift for her and lot of sentiments was attached. It hurt my sentiments and now I want a strict action against Flipkart and want a compensation for mental harrasment and hurting my sentiments.
