[Resolved]  Flipkart — cancelled my order without my knowledge

Dear concern,

I have placed an mobile realme 3 in flipkart website bearing order id - od[protected] on 23rd oct 2019 and i made the payment through credit card and it was cancelled yesterday without my permission and none intimated me through call or sms or email. When i called customer care your executive said that my order was cancelled by the supplier due to heavy demand and limited stock and they said that seller tried to call me and as my mobile is not reachable and by saying this silly reason.

I want to know one thing that who gave the right or permission to cancel my order from my i'd. As the technology is updated everyone knows that if we have a limited stock we can put an option that we have this number of mobiles only or hurry up we have only 10 more or 6 more like that but flipkart people were taken my order and money and made me fool in front of my brother because that mobile is a gift from me to my brother.

Who will bare this damage happen to me and because of this mistake which was done knowingly and i lost my value at my brother. Now a days technology developed and still some website people these type of blunders are telling silly reasons and making customers fool and doing fraud things and having fun with customers hard money.
Who us answerable for my damage...

I request your good office to kindly resolve my problems and please take action on these type of websites those are doing business with customers money and making customers fool and thinking that noone will ask them and nothing will happen to them.
