[Resolved]  Flipkart — Cancelled order but received product, payment not refunded

My friend ordered a product (order id - OD[protected] from flipkart and she herself cancelled the order. Unfortunately, after a few days her order was delivered, and she was asked to pay for the order by the delivery person (even though it was cancelled). While opening the package she got a different product rather than what she had ordered. Called the delivery person a few times and afterwards he switched off his cellphone. Also tried contacting the customer support in flipkart and their response is " you already cancelled your order and it's updated on their portal, and well will get in touch within 10 days from now. Its been 2 weeks and still no one's reached out, the transaction details and other details are attached below.
