I have ordered a Bluestar AC 1.5T 3 star on 02 Nov 2023 during big billion days and as the product was not moving from their hub since 11 th Oct, i have raised multiple complaints and the simple reply from Flipkart says a dedicated team is working. In the meantime, a guy from flipkart team visited home and uninstalled a running AC ( as i had availed exchange of Old AC) on 14.10.2023. To my surprise, i received a message from flipkart on 28.10.2023 indicating the order was cancelled as seller is unable to ship the product.
On 02 Oct, same product was offered on amazon at Rs.28000/- and due to old flipkart relationship, i chose to order it on flipkart and now the product is shown at 36000/- on other ecommerce sites also.
Flipkart enjoyed the credit of 28000 for almost 25 days and now simply shelving off their responsibility to serve the foolish customer.
I wanted that AC at the same price to be supplied by Flipkart & uninstalled product to be taken as part of exchange. Was this information helpful? |
