[Resolved] Flipkart — cancelled order without any notification | |
I have ordered laptop from flipkart on big billion sell it was showing its been delayed because of overwhelming response and will be delivered soon and i have been calling for customers care support but now i got message that seller has cancelled your order, i m not going to get it. Very dispositing service from flipkart. And customer support saying it's was flipkart mistake, they don't have any solution regarding it.

Verified Support Dec 27, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your order for the product 'Asus VivoBook S Series Core i5 8th Gen - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) S430FA-EB026T Thin and Light Laptop' has been canceled by the seller due to unforeseen reasons. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 17 Oct 19 and it should be reflecting in your account by now. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
