[Resolved]  Flipkart — Cancelled the order by seller without intimation.

I had ordered a notebook on june 8th 2015. Order id: OD[protected] June 13 th is the delivery date.but suddenly seller cancelled the order without any intimation. If i contact the support they are simply telling place fresh order now.which is costing me 1275rs extra for the same product. I am not ready to pay this extra money now.If the seller told me on the same day then i will go for another product and i will get the 5% offer. Now they are simply telling apologies. Please provide me the solution for this.

Spoke to customer and informed him the reason why his order was cancelled and requested him to place a fresh order and also that we have refunded the amount back to his card and closing the complaint.
