[Resolved] Flipkart — cancelling product return without any reason | |
I received used and dirty american tourister duffel bag from flipkart. Now flipkart is not returning the used product since 8-9 days. I have raised return request 4 times and all time it got rejected without any reason. I have called so many times to flipkart customer care but they are simply giving excuses and asking me to wait. The seller has refunded on 15 Dec 19, and this should have been reflecting in your source account by now. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. " | |
