Flipkart — cancelling the orders by delivery boys as they are not able to do door delivery | |
Flipkart while ordering they take the pincode whether they do door delievry or not. After that only they process the orders. I booked some products with my pincode, the delievery boys are refused to do door delivery. When i call flipkart for delivery and resolution, they simply saying "it is not in our hands, order it again, you will get order by two days post today" but after two days when i call back they are saying "order got cancelled, you have cancelled it." This is not something which we would want you to experience and have shared feedback with the courier service provider so they can put additional measures in place to ensure on-time deliveries of orders. If you like, you can place a new order for the desired product and the seller will try and make sure that it reaches you on time in the given address. We would like to thank you for your continued trust and understanding. We would like to let you know that the seller has completed the refund on 14 Oct 19 and it should be reflecting in your account by now. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
