Flipkart — Candes stabilizer under warrant, no service

I purchased a stabilizer through Flipkart. It is still under warranty. It was damaged after 1 year and I sent an email on April 20, 2024.

It has been 15 days and I have not received any response from their technitian team yet.

Their so called customer care number [protected] is invalid.

They don't respond through whatsapp number: [protected]

They don't have an escalation matrix.

Pathetic service and worst brand ever!!!
