Flipkart — Can't return the product due to Flipkart's ignorance. | |||
I ordered a laptop and a mouse from Flipkart, order number is OD[protected], the laptop was dead on arrival and I placed for replacement, now the company that the laptop was manufactured in are asking for the invoice for the laptop but Flipkart is not giving me the invoice or there is no option to get the invoice at all, I have applied for replacement on 11th and Flipkart customer support isn't helping either, I wasted 30 thousand rupees on the laptop and now I can't even return it due to Flipkart not giving me the invoice.
