Flipkart — Car jack (5 ton) not working

I received your product before 2-3 days . When i opened it there was oil in car jack box . I ignored that and today"s morning i used it to lift my car but it fails. One more thing i received email from your side one day before getting this product that "thanks for payment your product is delivered " .I didn't pay till that.
So kindly change this product or refund money.
