[Resolved]  Flipkart — Casio watch/ shipment i received do not have the product inside

I ordered a casio watch online on 12th may, 2017 and they promise me to deliver on 13th may, 2017 but due to their arguments they request to deliver it on next day but i have to go somewhere else so i scheduled it on 17th may, 2017. When i received the shipment i told the delivery boy that i am in doubt cause it was somewhat less in weight but he ensure me that product intact in the box and he cannot give open delivery. So i received the packet but when i opened it that was just full of box and garbage and product was missing. I called to flipkart and even mail within no time but now they are deny to send me the product or even refund. So kindly look into the matter asap.

This is not my fault.You people are creating an issue.So tell how far i have to go for this.But surely i will go till then my issue will not be resolved.Cause you people are giving a fake commitment if you cannot fulfill the requirement so why are you selling.
