I have ordered this saree online and already paid the amount by debit card. It was scheduled to be delivered on 9th feb. On that day i didnt receive any phone calls from the delivery person and suddenly a delivery message came that the item had been delivered to someone named dipu to the same address i provided. But i haven't received my product. I dont know anyone of that name. I have complained flipkart about the matter and still now nothing has been sorted out on thier part. They cant even provide the details of the delivery person to me. This is theft. They should authenticate the delivery. Specially of costly items which are prepaid. It is so dangerous if flipkart keeps such cheap people for delivery purposes. Kindly look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Feb 12, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved The company delivery person called me and told about the details of the person to whom he had given my item. I got it from that person finally. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 13, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
