Flipkart — Change of email id in my flipkart account

Updated by ams_aravind I had booked SURYAVIVA 3B Photon Bk Toughened 3 Cast Iron (Manual, Black) Glass Manual Gas Stove (3 Burners) and made online payment of Rs. 1532/-, the same was received on[protected]. it was received and was waiting for cylinder and other accessories. on[protected], when i opened the box, i was shocked to see that the burner was damaged and the quality was also not what i expected. hence, immediately i placed return request. the same under progress till[protected]. today i received a message stating that my return request is rejected. i don't know the reason for rejection. i called the customer care and placed request for return once again along with the photos. i have been informed to wait till[protected]. but after that i received a message stating to upload photos once again. i dont know why the flipkart is expecting from me.
i request to resolve the issue and get my amoount of Rs. 1532/- along with mental agony charges.
