Hello sir/mam je i am vaibhav from ajmer (Rajasthan). i m order Zenniz Elite Rucksack - 90 L (Black) product with 10 Pocket on 24th Oct'17. But flipkart did not gave me my Proper product. then I complain to flipkart customer care office, then they were saying i m Change ur product and i gave too u your Proper Product. after they gave me other same product only color changes. i deliver my new product on in 2nd Nov'17 but NO CHANGES IN MY PRODUCT only Colour changes. after i call to customer care but one one gave me proper reply. now i need ur help. my flipkart order is :- OD[protected] item) Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Nov 11, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about the different product received. We had interacted with the customer and offered him refund but customer denied to accept the refund. Hence closing the complaint from our end.
