[Resolved] Flipkart — Charge me extra promising a delivery date and did not deliver on time or refunding | |||||
I have ordered a book Order ID - OD[protected] Product - Cambridge Igcse Economics Workbook (English) through FLIPKART, the cost of the book was Rs299/-. FLIPKART asked me if I want delivery by Nov 5th I have to pay rs100/- extra. I did not made the request. I thought by paying more, I get faster delivery and paid the money. Now the company has not delivered on NOV 5th and says it can deliver by NOV19th. hence I wanted FLIPKART to refund my additional charges as they have NOT kept their word and wrongly charged me extra which I did not request but offered by them and by they breaching the trust. Verified Support Nov 07, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Resolution: Spoke to customer and informed her that the shipping charges is applied if the product price is less than 500 and same has been charges and also informed delivery of the product will be done on or before Nov 19, 2015.
