[Resolved]  Flipkart — charged for the same product twice

I order apple airpods (Version 2) on flipkart on monday 6th january. During the course of the order procedure there was an issue. Initially i chose to pay the amount (14, 900/- inr) online through debit card. During payment i was shown a message that telling me that the payment could not be made and the order was unsuccessful because the transaction was rejected by the bank. So i payed with my credit card and the payment was successful. Later that that day, i received a message from my bank that mentioned that 14, 900/- inr was debited from my account through the debit card. Thus, i was charged twice by flipkart for the 1 unit of the product (Charged 14, 900/- twice for 1 unit of airpods that cost 14, 900/- inr).

I called up flipkart and told them about my issue. They told me that their records only show them that 14, 900/- inr was charged one through my credit card. It mentions nothing about the 14, 900/- debited from my account to flipkart. Additionally they told me to wait for 24 hrs and see if the bank refunds the money to my account, if not they said they'll address the issue. After 24 hrs i did not get that amount refunded to me by the bank and my bank told me that the amount was debited to flipkart. Thus, i called up flipkart again and this time they told me that they have assigned a team to look into this issue and it will be solved by january 13. I am hoping that this issue does get solved and flipkart refunds that money. It has been a horrendous experience and a minor inconvenience.

Whenever I go to login my account in flipkart, then it asks for an otp, after entering the otp its shows account inactive.
Kindly the resolve the issue as soon as possible.
