[Resolved]  Flipkart — Charger Got faulty

Hi I have purchased an Asus Zenfone 5 on 7th novemeber from Flipkart. with product id :: OD[protected]. Now the phone charger is not working & its not charging my phone. currently product is in warrenty period. Now i want a new charger from FlipKart Team.

Spoke to customer and informed him that the product has crossed the replacement period and hence requested to visit the service center for further assistance and closing the case.

I purchased this product in nov-2014, & the product warranty is 6 months. flipkart can u explain how it crossed the replacement period.

Also please don't misguide the client by typing these types of comments on the resolution side.
