I have ordered a sofaset and it resembles completely different from the picture. It is looking like a gunny bag with jute filled and is very hard too. Request you to replace the product or return the money back and i am very disappointed with the product delivered by flipkart. I want solution.You guys said if technician visit is not done before 18-nov-2017, you will refund my amount. I have audio clip for the proof which I have shared with you guys already about this. Till now no technician visit happened and also no refund initiated. also today you're saying technician visit done on 21st nov, I was really shocked when I heard this. How come technician had made a report when I was not there at home. This is how flipkart cheating. Please refund my amount otherwise ill file a case on you, I have each and every proof.
