[Resolved] Flipkart — cheated by flipkart of rs-9549 no refund in my account | |||||
Hi all, Incident date -29th july 2017 As i already raised these issues multiple times. Complaint no- In[protected] on flip kart. My scenario is i ordered phone on flipkart using exchange service. I already told *delivery boy* my phone is damaged screen but its perfectly Working. He said okay and* take money of rs-9549 from debit card using pos mahine Instakart service pvt ltd.* *ref no[protected].* But* after payment was debited from my account *. He said your phone is Damaged with in 2 minutes after debit money from my account. So, can't replace it but before debit he assured even he asked to His contact person (Mr vikas Addres:-a55/12 dlf phase1. Ph. No-[protected] ) over the phone and delivery boy name is arvind (No-[protected]).. But after *transaction successfully both denied to giving me phone and Money* As by both statement they said your money will be back with in 2 working Days as mr vikas updated the status but even i didn't received any Notification of payment received till date. *no refund in my account.* *no acknowledgement.* *no response.* *worst service* I feel very cheated as that's my first time shopping on flipkart with a Worst experience and every time new person called me and asked me to tell whole story and after they said wait for tomorrow..
