Sir,
With regret to inform you that I have been harassed and cheated by your seller for the subject mentioned order where seller offered 2 pcs. Jeans trousers and at the time of delivery they sent only 1 pc. which was received by me on 10.10.21 and therefore an exchange option had been applied by your customer care executive after intimating the entire matter and today I have received the same single pc. in place of 2 pcs. .
It is for your kind information that I have informed the matter to your customer care team immediately to resolve the matter through delivery of 2pcs. trousers as per offer but your customer care team denied to exchange the same and gave directions to apply for return & refund which is not acceptable for me.
I want to know why your seller is doing this cheating activity with the help of your team and therefore requested to please arrange for immediate arrangement for delivery of material as per description and offer.
Expecting your immediate action for arrangement of delivery of material without any further delay where matter is pending from the last few days.
