I booked my le eco 1s phone on big billion day. and they gave me a time that it will be delivered on 12 th october and on 9 i got messages that i will recieve my phone today but on 10 they direct message me that refund has been initiated. The courier delievery guy didnt even call me and calcel my product. This is what indias biggest online shopping company do with its customer..

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer as he said that the order has been cancelled without any intimation. Customer didn't received any call before the delivery so apologies to customer regarding the issue and informed to him that we will look into it that such things will not be get repeated again in future. And also informed to customer about the refund .

So closing the case.
