[Resolved] Flipkart — cheating indian consumers on purchase of mobiles | |||||
Sir, I bought a gfive w1 mobile from flipkart with order id number od[protected] showing from thier app as 2.9 inches display, but when i received it, it was 2.4 inches display. After making the complaint i was replaced with the same identical piece. When i again complained and told them of it, they refused to refund my money, and gave dates regarding solving my complaint. They had given dates of 12th october 2017 and 16th october 2017, but no message or call was received by them. Kindly do the needful.
