[Resolved] Flipkart — cheating on quantity delivered for the cost | |||
Hi I had ordered mega star portable notebook water bottle 3 packs of each containing 5 pieces I.e 15 pieces in total for the cost of 2127( order ID: OD[protected] .. But I received only 12 bottles but I was charged for 15 bottles... Its so annoying... That Flipkart is cheating people and no contact details to file a complaint.. I need the rest 3 bottles or refund my money... I hate Flipkart.. Will never shop from it again Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the missing quantity of products. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on April 28, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
