[Resolved] Flipkart — Closing of Flipkart Pay Later Account | |
I am writing here to lodge a complaint against flipkart for not providing any resolution on my closure request of flipkart pay later account. I have raised the request on 28th Aug 2021 via customer care no. They informed the issue has been created and the resolution date is 31st August 2021. However, I have not been provided any update on the same as of yet. I have called them several times and they simply informed that the issue was sent to their back-end operational team and the team would contact you shortly. However, I have not got any response on that from any of them. I am not sure why they are making so much delay on closing a request by doing the needful. They ask people to use flipkart pay later account but dont provide any clarification on the steps of how to close pay later account. It seems that they are avoiding these type of requests. Aug 31, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Please close this as of now, since the Flipkart has responded me back that they are looking into the issue. They would reply me back shortly Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
