[Resolved] Flipkart — Clothes and footwear | |||||
Sir i ordered a product a from flipkart on 9th june and product is delivered on 13th june. But the quality of product is not good. So i requested to return my money and pickup their product. But still not any pickup boy is coming yet to pickup my product. I called various times flipkart executives to resolve my matters but every time they said your problem will solve within 24 to 48 hours. But the result is same. Sir pl do something. Aug 1, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 19, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complained the product quality is not good so refund processed. Inform the customer the pick of the product will be happen by end of the day as wish master also confirmed in conference call. customer agreed and closing the case.
