Firstly i ordered a vans men era sneakers but due to size issue i ordered a big size which took approx 7 days to pickup and now when i received the size which i wanted, i opened the box and saw the colour was different. Don't know what kind of services are these and how they treat their customers. Then when i called their customer care they didn't treated me well and when the girl whom i was talking to couldn't resolve my issue they told me that they were transferring my call to hugher representative and after 24 min of hold my call was finally transferred and when that guy told me that sir to resolve the issue i need to put your call on hold, i said ok but after 60min of hold no one was answering me and the phone was still on hold. So now i am going to the consumer cout to file a case, as there has been a height of neglectence from flipkart.
