[Resolved] Flipkart.com — Defective Mobile handset | |||
Order Id:- OD[protected] Dated- 3/8/15. I have purchased Moto G3 on 3/8/15. from Flipkart.com. After 4-5 days i have faced a problem of overheating withi 5 minutes my handset. so i have register so may complaints to Flipkart as they have 30 days replacement warranty. Since then they have not solving this issue & also not replacing my handset. order Id:- OD[protected] Dated- 3/8/15. They have rejected my request as mentioned below. Verified Support Aug 24, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer as he is saying that the issue has not been resolved so informed to customer that it has been informed to him to visit to the service centre and get the job sheet so that we can escalate it further. Customer said he will not visit to the service centre .
