Flipkart.com — delivery of my product | |||
I have orderd a new phone on flipkart.com but they refused to delever my product 3 times in same price as exchange offer. 1 st i orderd it on 2 oct 2019 Order id is - od[protected] 2 nd orderd it on 11 oct 2019 Order id is - od[protected] 3 rd orderd it on 21 oct 2019 Order id is - od[protected] But they cancelled my order every time and then not check my old phone all three time and refused to deliver my product when i complaint about it on flipkart customer care they says every time that i can place a new order on flipkart but they not told me about the rejection every time kindly solve my issue. Verified Support Oct 27, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your order Realme 5 (Crystal Blue, 32 GB) has been canceled due to unforeseen reasons. We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 27 Oct 19 and it will be reflected in your credit card within 6 business days. Hence, closing the complaint from our end. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
