I have purchased a Flipkart Smartbuy Air Cooler 47 Ltr delivered on 04/06/2021 but the product are not matching as given description that mention cooling area 230 sqft but the product is not making cooling around 120 sqft area and I have submitted a request to return/replacement on 09/06/2021 but the problem is not resolved till yet i.e. (16/06/2021).
Flipkart is not providing services after sales of product even harassing me to make wrong commitment many time but not resolving my problem. I have requested 10s times to request a call back via flipkart app but always another person picked up the call and I have to explains the issue to individual one and wasting my time.
And I request you to please return the product and refund my complete amount as description is not match with the product.
I also request to take an serious action against technician named MANOJ KUMAR PATEL, who closed the service request without visited on assigned services request 2 times and misbehave to disconnected calls 3 times.
