Hello Sir/Madam, Order ID: OD[protected] Reference ID: IN[protected] Product: HP 240 Notebook (3rd Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Free Dos) (K1C59PA) I received ordered laptop on 22-July-2015, having 1 year of default warranty. Problem was with serial number mentioned on invoice provided and mentioned on laptop is not same, causing warranty issue. Hp people telling that warranty of the laptop (based on serial number mentioned on laptop ) is already expired, then I noticed that serial number is mismatched on laptop and in invoice. I raised a complaint in Flipkart to provide me the updated invoice, they just given me estimation date but no result. Finally after 10 days they replying like seller is not able to provide the invoice to me. Complain no : Incident: IN[protected] Complain Raised date: 15/01/2016 And today is 29th of Jan, but still its not closed. I want, If they are not able to provide me the invoice then refund me the amount. Attachments: InvoicebyFlipkart and image containing serial number mentioned on laptop.
