[Resolved] Flipkart.com — Pathetic customer service and unable to refund product | |||
I had ordered a laptop Acer E1-572G from Flipkart.com, order ID OD[protected]. I received the order on 13/03/2014. Its been 18 days since I have received this order and I have been trying to refund it ever since due to discrepancies in the specifications of the product. The screen resolution specified online was 1920X1080, but the laptop is1366X768. I have called everyday since then, I have sent snapshots of the discrepancies, I have registered several complaints but there has been no progress in resolving them. The customer care repeat the same lie every day, 'someone will call you back within 24-48 hours', but nobody does. They even lie about calling me and I not picking up. I feel ignored and cheated. I have my call logs and there has been no such event. I am eligible for a refund, but the Flipkart people are lying and stalling. I am attaching a screen shot of the discrepancies.
