Complaint marked as Resolved i am pankaj. and i am order a "HP V220W-16 16 GB Pen Drive" but unfortunately it was old and corrupted. so when i was return the item only they give me many options, but i choose it was corrupted. because it was corrupted. i never focus the item it was new or old.when i use the product it was not working.it was corrupted. and now they told me i am choose the wrong options, and sometimes say it was take more days, already i request to refund the item and now they say times is over. after telephonic conversation they said that we need 2 3 days to resolve the issue. and they call me when the issue was solve. but they did not call me, they did not inform me, and after end of the day i call the helpline no and they just say our return day policy it was over. and your choose option does not match.it is humble request to register my complaint against flipkart.com
