[Resolved] Flipkart.com — regarding refund pending since 4th october- money debited twice for single order#od[protected] | |
Due to some security breach in Flipkart mobile app, my money got deducted twice from different accounts without booking any order. Firstly I tried doing payment from 1 account through Debit card with wrong CVV( it got deducted without placing any order) I got error message of Bad Gateway then I tried payment through net banking of different account ( again payment get deducted without placing the order) after 2 hours order got confirmed automatically. Now in my account as well it is showing debit card as well as net banking as a payment methods. How a single order can cater 2 payment methods as shown in screenshot? Now the bank is trying to retrieve my funds and still they are not responding. Worst Customer Services they have. They are admitting that payment get deducted twice but neither refunding the same nor committing for this refund. I am chasing your team since 4th October and they just making fake promises to wait for 24 to 48 hours or 5 to 8 business days etc. I don't know when there 48 hours will be completed.And today on 22 th October I didn't get any refund on any of my account. Kindly understand gravity of this security breach in this mobile app. I am afraid if Flipkart.com is storing our card details. I need my refund of Rs. 749 asap. I don't want to contact you for this petty issue, but unfortunately your team failed to answer my queries. I recorded this bug to your security team as well but all vain. The way your customer service executive behaved in this matter is awful. I think your team didn't understand that payment is deducted twice and needs to be refunded. Or they are deliberately bit acknowledging the same as might be you people are in no mood to refund my money.
