[Resolved] Flipkart.com — Regarding wrong product not getting exchanged | |||
10 Aug 2015, i have placed order for MOTO E Back cover. On 16 Aug 2015, I have received the item at my doorstep and after opening courier i surprised for another product included in that. And it is MOTO E 2nd Gen back cover. While contacting Flipkart agents, via customer care e-mail, one of the representative notice me that the item i have purchased that is not MOTO E back cover, it is actually MOTO E "2nd Gen" back cover. When check the same i have seen that there is in bracket i.e. "2nd Gen" is written. I telling them agents that i dont want this b'coz im looking for MOTO E back cover. Now they are refusing to replace me the product. And also they stated me in one of the mail that they will provide me refund for this product, now they dont answer at all on my query. None of agent is responding on email as well as on telephonic conversation. I want to take some serious action on Flipkart.com as they not assisted on customer money.
