Complaint marked as Resolved I ordered a Yelloe Maroon sling bag on 28th April got it delivered on 5th May.when i opened the package i was shocked to see that the seller has send me a completely different colored product with lot's of scratches, i ordered maroon but received beige color clearly written on the product tag.I raised a return request on the same day at first the pickup date was given 7th May then 9th then 11th May but till today no one came to pickup the product nor any update was received.I can very well understand that the seller did that intentionally and flipkart is not even bothered to look into it. The resolution date was showing 11th May but today when I checked in the app the resolution date was removed and no clear information was given about what's going on.I am tired of talking to customer service people they are so helpless that they are just asking to wait till when they don't even know that. Flipkart cannot arrange a pickup for the last 5 day's, this is how customers are treated.Its like daylight robbery. Why will a customer waste so much of time just to return an item?
