[Resolved] Flipkart.com — Sub-standard mobile phone ASUS | |||
I purchase a mobile Phone ASUS zenfone 2 from Flipkart.com, delivery received on 21.06.2015 and facing the below problems since the date of purchase: 1.There is no volume control system on set. speaker is very weak could not be able to hear clear voice and also when I speak on the other side is also difficult. 2. Touch screen problem. 3. Hang on problem, sometime I call but it is unable to disconnect. 4. many other problems. I gave written complaint on 9th july, 2015 and they tried to linger on and now they refused to take it back. Was this information helpful? | |||
