[Resolved] Flipkart.com — There is no option for refund

I ordered bike arm sleeves on 9 March 2016. with order id OD[protected]. But when I received this product I didn't liked this product at all, so I wanted to return this product, but there is no option for return and refund.

Had I Known that Flipkart do not provide returen and refund option then I would not use FlipKart ever.

I baught mot z play phone from Flipkart, when I used it I hot to know that the camera was not working properly then I asked for return a technician visited from Flipkart and approved my return request. I got a new phone after a couple of days and now the new phone gets overheated when using once it got so hot that it burnt my hand. And now they are saying they will not give me refund, I don't want to use this product at all. it's not even 10 days I bought it. I am very disappointed with the service I want my money back I can't risk my life using this phone that gets as hot as it is about to blast. My order number is OD[protected]
