Flipkart.com — Worst Services and Product Support after Delivery | |||
Bought a refrigerator on 30-Aug-15 from Flipkart, which got delivered on 05-Sep-15, I have called their customer care and requested for Demo and installation on same day or next day, after few minutes that guy shouted and told don't you understand us and balla...balla.. On 07-Sep-15 guy has come for demo and installation, he unpacked the consignment and inspected, we found that there are scratches on main door and side wall, we requested for replacement as there was defect, customer care guy informed that within 24 Hrs they will respond, no one responded, next day evening again I called them and asked the status, they informed that now they will register my complaint and will respond in 24 Hrs. 3rd day came no response, again I called them as usual they informed that they will register it and will revert back I asked to speak to the senior person, then they started informing that " you pack it like we packed and sent and courier it to us", I have asked as per flipkart you need to pick and replace it they were denying and showing that they are obelizing me for replacement of defective product, or asked me to use defective one. 6 days over but there is no response from their end, everytime I call them they use to tell they are registering the complaint and we will revert back within 24 Hrs. but no response. I have got harassed mentally a lot and wasted a lot of time also in chasing them. they should replace the defective product and compensate for mental harassment and time wastage for the same.
