[Resolved]  Flipkart.com — wrong product sent and not accepting return

Flipkart is fraud. I ordered a benetton hard case trolley bag worth inr 5500 and i have received a unbranded 300 bucks worth duffle bag. Customer service is very poor and does not provide any help. Back end team is still investigating, don’t know what. It’s been 10 days now already and they could only manage to reject the return raised without any reason. I do not recommend anyone to use flipkart. I need the refund asap

Order number: OD[protected]. Called CS multiple times. Absolutely no use. Such a waste of time. Give me my refund and take your item back. I am deleting flipkart forever and will recommend others as well
