Order id: od[protected] I had ordered an blaupunk 50"tv. It was delivered after i made the full payment. I received an intimation for commissioning it. Your rep visited my house next day. He tried to commission the same but could not commissioned. He has packed back & kept it my house. I received sms that amount would be refunded & tv to be returned. I request you to replace the tv & i am not interested in refund. For the last 30 days many sms/emails/phone calls made to flipkart has not yielded results. There were more than 5 communications from them, each time different person calls & gives false promises by giving different dates for solving the issue. I hope flipkart to attend this problem of commissioning of my 50" tv within 3 days as assured by their team. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Nov 12, 2018 Updated by bgiridas After do many days flipkart people have visited my house, assured me that my amt would be paid back if the TV is returned. Hence it was mutually agreed, I have sent back the TV to flipkart through their rep & now I am waiting for my amt as refund. As per them it would be done within 2 days. Verified Support Nov 20, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
