I ordered an adidas running shoe on 4th sept, 2022, but that product was lost in transit and i never received the delivery.
Flipkart executives asked me to cancel that order and place a fresh order and promised to add a gift card of Rs.150 once the new order would be delivered.
Hence, as per their request I cancelled the order on 20th sept, 2022 and placed a fresh order and on 30th sept, 2022, my order was delivered.
After the delivery I contacted flipkart customer care regarding the Rs. 150 gift card which was supposed to be added to my wallet as a token of appreciation, but they bluntly denied it and said they cannot fulfill such commitments as it was against their policy.
I have hereby attached the email screenshot in which there is clearly mentioned that they would add Rs, 150 to my wallet.
