I am writing this complaint to express my frustration with the cancellation of my order from Flipkart. I placed an order for a new laptop on 2nd May, with an exchange of my old laptop, with a great deal and the delivery date was promised on 4th May. However, I had to leave for an urgent out-of-town work at 10 pm on the same day, and I was waiting for the order to be delivered before 7 pm.
To my dismay, the order was not delivered on the given date, and I contacted Flipkart's customer support team to resolve the issue. They informed me that due to some operational issue, they cannot deliver the order on the expected date and the new delivery date would be on 6th May.
This experience has been extremely frustrating for me as I was expected to leave town after receiving my order. I have cancelled my travel to collect the product and finally they cancelled it on 9th May which has caused me inconvenience and financial loss. Then asked order it again for a different price. Again I have ordered it with paying more 5K on 10th may they said it will be delivered my 14th may and again change to 16th may which is today. Both the time the product have reached my nearest hub and which getting product I have to pay the credit card bill for two laptops even though they are refunding it. They will do it after 6 days.
So I request you to take strict action against Flipkart and ensure that my order is delivered at the earliest possible time. I also urge you to take necessary steps to prevent such incidents from happening in the future and asking them compensate for my frustration and financial losses.
