I have requested for my Noise smart watch replacement but I was not available at my address so I asked if I can change my address so I can receive my Product easily so Customer care representative told me that I need to cancel the current request and raise the request again. I have told that Person that & days are over but he told me that there will be no issue. but now after cancelling my replacement request there is no option for requesting replacement now what to do. Customer care team is not supportive they are not answering Properly.
