Hi All,
I ordered (OD[protected] HUSH PUPPIEs Monk shoes on 11th Oct.
I was very much excited about my order, however a great disappointment faced when the package was EMPTY. This delivery packet was wait less, we opened the packet in front of the delivery boy and complained the incident immediately. Customer Support executive took the confirmation about the EMPTY packet with the delivery boy (Name - Mr. Gulfam) and assured that (in mail writing) that the seller will be providing the refund/replacement within 24 hours and raised the Incident: IN[protected] for tracking.
Please find attached the screen shot of mail confirmations.
I am trying following up the progress on incident with customer support team since last 2 days but failed to receive any response, call, refund or replacement.
I would like to escalate the issue to looking forward for immediate attention and resolution. Thanks.
