[Resolved] Flipkart — complain about order id od[protected]

I recive item from flipkart on 23 sep which are faulty and damaged product with order id od[protected].
When i complain it the support team give 5 days to resolve your issue. But now they say i can't help with this matter.. You can't be returned any product back with related to this account and they locked my account.
I think that flipkart is a trustabale site.
But they cheated me.

flipkart does not resolve my problem still panding...compnaly locked my account and not reurn my product till now

Updated by Roahan Nayak Flipkart cs support untill locked my account and say unusually a no of return my system detected so you can't return your product now..they sent me this type of email..and till today 1 oct 2017 problem not resolved support team very poor service and they have cheated their valuble customer ..
