[Resolved] Flipkart — complaining about my refund amount | |||||
I had ordered a poco f1 mobile on 29 nov 2018 but due to some reason i cancelled the product the next day (30 october 2018) when i order. Flipkart return process completes on 6 nov 2018 but till now my refund amount isn't reflected in my bank account. I called flipkart so many times but they said that there is a problem from your bank side. I checked with my bank and also gave my refund id to bank for knowing the status but bank said that there is no any status regarding this refund id. I complaint against my refund on flipkart complaint page but no action taken till now against it, even flipkart team said that we need a confirmation mail from your bank side that they didn't receive any refund against it. I don't know flipkart team said that they need a confirmation mail. Tell me how any bank or govt employee suppose to send an email to customer. I am very much disappointed with flipkart. Its being already more than a month but my refund is not in my account. I request you consumer forum team please take a strict action against my complaint. Flipkart is such a fraud they just know how to take money from consumers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
